Games by Mega Cat Studios on LoreReads
Mega Cat Studios is an independent developer based in Pittsburgh, best known for retro-styled games and for work-for-hire projects on licensed series, including Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit. God of War Sons of Sparta, made with Santa Monica Studio, is its biggest project so far: a 2D Metroidvania about a teenage Kratos and his brother Deimos at the Agoge.
It's a very different kind of God of War game, and it plays best once you know the older ones, Ghost of Sparta in particular.
