Fazbear Frights: Friendly Face
Scott Cawthon, Andrea Waggener · 2021
After losing a friend in an accident, Edward spends a fortune on a companion robot meant to keep the friend's memory alive. Mott flushes his brother's creepy new pets, and they don't stay gone. Homecoming queen Jessica reprograms a defunct animatronic to put her classmates in their place. The epilogue builds toward the end of Larson's case.
What this adds if you've played the games
Here's where the finale gets set up: the epilogue pulls the threads together and you'll want Prankster within reach. The stories are a mixed bag, with 'Friendly Face' the strongest and 'Sea Bonnies' closer to a creature feature. Nothing new about the games themselves, but it's not a book to skip if you've followed the series this far.
