Fazbear Frights: Gumdrop Angel
Scott Cawthon, Andrea Waggener · 2021
Angel, disgusted by her spoiled stepsister's lavish birthday party, takes a hasty revenge. Hudson, whose life has been one tragedy after another, takes a well-paid security job that might turn things around. Sergio gets a novelty toy that brings him instant good luck. The epilogue carries Larson's case on.
What this adds if you've played the games
Hudson's story is the one you'll recognize the shape of: a young man who needs the money takes a security job. It doesn't add facts about the games, but it plays the familiar setup from the guard's side of the desk. The other two are minor. As with most of the middle books, the epilogue is the reason to keep going.
Where it fits
- Read afterFazbear Frights: The Cliffs
The eighth part of Larson's case continues right where The Cliffs left it. The new stories need nothing earlier; the epilogue needs all of it.
- Comes beforeFazbear Frights: The Puppet Carver
Ninth book, ninth epilogue chapter, carrying on from Gumdrop Angel. Skipping ahead gives away what has happened to Larson and Jake since.
