The fourth volume picks up where the third stops and covers five expansions: Mists of Pandaria, Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands. Each gets its own chapter, from the rediscovery of Pandaria to the descent into the afterlife, with maps, family trees and charts of the cosmos.
What this adds if you've played the games
If you lost track of what happened in Battle for Azeroth or Shadowlands, this is the fastest way back in before Dragonflight. It puts five expansions of story in order in one place, which the games themselves never quite managed. Treat it as a refresher, not a replacement for playing, since it gives away the end of every expansion it covers.
