The age of dragons is over. Kalecgos and the other leaders of the dragonflights have lost their powers as Aspects, and Kalecgos, the youngest of them, is struggling to find a new purpose. When an artifact turns up in Pandaria that shows him the distant past, he relives the time of Galakrond and the proto-dragons who would become the first Aspects.
What this adds if you've played the games
The dragons' prehistory: Galakrond, the proto-dragons and how the five flights got their leaders, which Wrath's Dragonblight and much of Dragonflight draw on. The present-day thread with Kalecgos is slighter. It came out as a five-part e-book serial and still reads in episodes. Worth it if Dragonflight made you curious about where the Aspects came from.
