In January 2009, a year after the events of Double Agent, Sam is arrested at his daughter's grave in Washington and questioned by the NSA. As he talks, the game plays his memories as missions, from a solo rescue in Colombia during his Navy SEAL years in 1992 to operations from across his Third Echelon career. It's a PSP spin-off, released before Double Agent but set after it.
