The orcs of the Horde come through the Dark Portal into Azeroth and go to war with the human kingdom of Stormwind. It's an early real-time strategy game with a campaign for each side, covering the First War from raids on farmland to sieges of castles. The story is told almost entirely through mission briefings, so the characters later games made famous are mostly names.
